Return Policy

• Returns Eligibility: We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the nature of incense products, used or opened boxes cannot be returned.
• Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us with photos of the damaged item.
• Return Shipping: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, the customer may need to ship it back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed.
