Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the product has been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds: If a cancellation request is accepted, or if a payment fails but money is deducted, the refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
